Services

Alli Reynolds Nutrition provides 1:1 nutrition coaching services related to GLP-1 medication support, weight loss, general wellbeing, and exercise performance. Services are offered virtually and are cash-pay. We may also offer digital products, such as downloadable guides.

Our coaching services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical care, and do not replace the guidance of your prescribing physician. See our full Medical Disclaimer for details.

Payment

• This website does not currently process payments directly. Payment for sessions and packages is handled outside of this website (e.g., through our scheduling platform or direct invoicing), unless otherwise agreed

• Package pricing and inclusions are as described at the time of purchase

Refund Policy

Package Refunds

• Package fees are fully refundable if requested prior to your initial assessment session. Once your initial session has taken place, remaining sessions can be refunded on a prorated basis. The refund is calculated by taking the total amount you paid, dividing it by the number of sessions in your package, and multiplying by the number of sessions remaining. Sessions that have already taken place are not refundable.

• To request a refund: Send an email to alli@allireynoldsnutrition.com. I’ll confirm your request within 3 business days and process your refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days.

Monthly Membership Refunds

• If you request a refund before your first membership session has taken place, I’ll refund your initial payment in full.

• Renewal grace period: If your membership renews and you didn’t mean to continue, email me at alli@allireynoldsnutrition.com within 48 hours of the charge, as long as you haven’t used any of the sessions or services for that month. I’ll refund that month’s payment in full and cancel your membership.

• After you’ve started: Once you’ve used a session or service during a billing period, that month’s fee is non-refundable, including unused portions. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

• How to cancel: Email me at alli@allireynoldsnutrition.com at least 5 days before your next billing date. You’ll keep full access through the end of your current paid month, and you won’t be charged again.

• Billing errors: If you were charged in error or after a properly submitted cancellation, I’ll refund the charge in full within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are counted as used (package clients) or forfeited for that month (monthly members). Missed sessions don’t roll over or get refunded. A brief grace period applies to virtual sessions — if you haven't joined within 10 minutes, the session will be marked as a no-show. Late arrivals end at the scheduled time.

If Alli Reynolds Nutrition needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available appointment at no cost.

Emergencies and exceptions: Illness, a sick baby, or a family emergency can happen. Contact me as soon as you can and we can reschedule without penalty.

Technical issues: If needed, we’ll switch to phone or reschedule at no charge.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including written materials, guides, and resources provided during coaching or purchased as digital products, is the property of Alli Reynolds Nutrition and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Alli Reynolds Nutrition provides nutrition education and coaching services in good faith but does not guarantee specific results, including results related to weight, medication response, or performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alli Reynolds Nutrition is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
