Discovery call scheduling: Our website includes a link to book a free discovery call, managed through our Google Workspace account (Google Calendar/Meet), which operates under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Google and is HIPAA-compliant. Booking a call through this link means you're providing basic scheduling information (such as your name, email, and phone number) through this HIPAA-compliant system
Coaching platform for paying clients: If you become a client, your coaching sessions, intake forms, and any health, nutrition, or medication-related information you share are managed through a separate, HIPAA-compliant coaching platform (Practice Better). Information provided there is governed by that platform's own privacy policy and HIPAA safeguards, not by this website
Basic website usage data (such as pages visited) via standard website analytics tools, if enabled
This website does not currently sell products or process payments directly. Payment for coaching services, if applicable, is handled outside of this website (e.g., through our coaching platform or direct invoicing). We do not share your health, nutrition, or medication-related information with any other party without your consent, except where required by law. We do not communicate with your prescribing physician on your behalf without your explicit permission.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected directly through this website. Scheduling information provided through Calendly is secured under Calendly's own infrastructure, per its privacy policy. Health, nutrition, and medication-related information shared once you're a client is handled through our separate HIPAA-compliant coaching platform, secured under that platform's infrastructure and safeguards, not this website's. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
