You deserve a nutrition strategy built around your real life.

Whether you’re taking a GLP-1 medication (or thinking about it), working towards a performance goal, or just wanting to feel better than you have in years

My Mission

Honest Nutrition, Real Life.

I believe nutrition support should be honest, evidence-based, and built around your real life — not a rigid plan handed to you once and left behind. My mission is to meet you exactly where you're at, work with you collaboratively to find what actually fits, and help you adjust as life changes — so you can feel confident in your choices and feel your best while still doing what you love.

Consistent, good enough habits will always beat perfect for a week.

You know the feeling — a new prescription with no real nutrition guidance attached, another diet that worked for a few weeks and then didn't, a training goal that keeps getting pushed aside, a 3pm slump that coffee can't fix…

I help clients build nutrition and lifestyle habits that actually hold up in real life — not another rigid diet plan that falls apart the first time your schedule doesn't cooperate.

With over 9 years of experience and 1000+ clients, I've worked with people across every version of this:

  • Eating enough of the right things on a GLP-1 medication without losing muscle,

  • Building sustainable habits after years of on-again-off-again dieting

  • Fueling real training and performance goals

  • Simply wanting to feel good again without an extreme plan behind it

I'll always give you my honest, direct take. And we’ll build habits that fit your actual life, not an idealized one.

More about me!

When I’m not coaching clients, I love spending time with my 2 cuddly kiddos, my amazing husband, and my golden retriever, Harley — chill one minute, acting like a puppy the next.

Other things I love:

Spending time outside — I even love Minnesota winters cold enough to freeze your nose hair the second you step outside

Hiking — Utah definitely has a piece of my heart with its breathtaking mountains and epic hikes ❤️

Water activities like swimming, cold plunge, hot tubs, stand up paddleboarding, fishing

Trying new recipes and finding go-to options to share with my clients

Let’s get started

Eating well isn't about willpower —

It's about having a plan flexible enough to survive a packed calendar, a suppressed appetite or a demanding training schedule, and the reality of coming home to your kids still needing you at 100%.

I don't believe in rigid rules that only work in a perfect week.

I help clients build an approach that holds up on the busy days, not just the easy ones — eating enough to protect muscle and energy while you lose weight (on a GLP-1 or off one), steadier focus at work, real fuel for real training goals, and enough left in the tank to actually be present at home.

I'll partner with you to find what's realistic for your week, asking the right questions to uncover what's actually driving your choices, and stay in your corner as an accountability partner whether you're managing a dose change, chasing a performance goal, or just trying to feel like yourself again.

You have goals.

I’ll help you reach them.
